Hook N Ladder appointment policy and warranty information

Please be aware, all appointments have an arrival window of 30 minutes before or after your scheduled time. If your appointment is at 9:00am, your technician's arrival window is between 8:30am-9:30am, please schedule accordingly to allow enough time to include this window. If your technician is outside of this 30 minute window, you will be notified. This window not only protects our technicians, but you as well. 

We do request at least 48 hour notice when cancelling your appointment or you will be charged a $79 service call fee.. If we arrive for your appointment and you are not home during this scheduled time frame, you will be charged a service call fee of $79.  

If you are a property management company, please contact our office prior to scheduling as we NO longer accept Net 30,60 or 90.

*14 day warranty on all dryer vent cleanings and gas log inspections(does not include parts if needed). 90 day warranty on all new dryer vent installation. Any service calls outside of the guaranteed warranty period are subject to a service call fee of $79.00*
