"Hook N Ladder came out to service our gas log fireplace. We had it converted from wood burning to gas years ago by another company. It worked well the first few months, but shortly after stopped. We called the company who installed our gas fireplace and they either wouldn't show up when scheduled or wouldn't return our call. Asked around on Nextdoor and Hook N Ladder was hands down recommended over anyone else. I went online, scheduled an appointment and not only did they show up, they showed up on time and got our fireplace up and running without any difficulty. It has worked great with no problems. They had such great customer service, I scheduled dryer vent cleaning and got the same great service. Hands down, they are absolutely one of the best I have worked with.
